I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please convo me within five days and allow me the opportunity to meet the need.
I am happy to exchange or refund within two weeks from the time I receive communication.
I'll ask you to send the item(s) back intact, clean, undamaged, and whole, along with any included items, and will refund your money when the item is received in the aforementioned condition, or send out an exchange.
If something gets lost within the U.S. we only have tracking numbers to chase.
~ I can not be responsible for replacing lost orders.~
If you live in an apartment complex be sure to check with your office for packages, or let me know at the time of your order if some alternate arrangement needs to be made.
